Radisson Hotel Saskatoon is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay
- Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate
- Make reservations in accordance with hotels yield management practices
- Maximize revenue and cash flow by promoting hotel services and adhering to credit and inventory control processes
- Offer guests updated rooms and promote hotel amenities, food & beverage outlets and services
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in similar role within a full service hotel property
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours of work will be scheduled based on business volumes/operational demands and will vary
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Please note that the hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization
