Job Description: The Employee Health Nurse, within the policies of the Sun Country Health Region (SCHR), assists with the development and implementation of existing and new staff health and development services and resources. In collaboration with key stakeholders this position develops and implements programs related to the employee health and wellness across SCHR. This position works in collaboration with other members of the Employee Health & Supportive Services team, Human Resources, Unions, Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Coordinators and other agencies/individuals such as the Workers' Compensation Board of Saskatchewan, 3S Health, Medical Health Officer, Infection Control and Public Health practitioners. Primarily the function of this position is to provide employee health services to employees within SCHR through the provision or coordination of immunizations, flu vaccinations and through the collection and maintenance of up-to-date employee health histories.
Required Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred
Valid drivers license and the ability to travel both within the Region and Provincially.
