Description

Primary Purpose: To perform duties related to the acquisition and management of electronic resources.
Nature of Work: Reporting to the Supervisor, Acquisitions, and working closely with other library assistants in Collection Services and Financial Acquisitions, the work performed is of above average complexity involving a deeper knowledge and understanding of the resources and functions related to the library. The work requires a high level of concentration and attention to detail. This position involves working independently to solve problems with assistance by the supervisor for the resolution of more complex issues; judgment and independence is exercised on a daily basis.
