JOB SUMMARY:
The individual is responsible for ensuring regulations and standards are consistently followed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely fashion;
-Ensure that all staff members are completing scheduled duties and following procedures accordingly. When time permits assign cleaning duties to personnel as per list;
- Ensure overall maintenance, cleanliness of the restaurant and the guests are adequately served;
- Ensure proper procedure when serving guest checks and presented without delay;
- When needed, especially during busy functions, assist support staff as required;
- Become familiar with all the menu and specials;
- Assist by using your knowledge of menu and suggestive selling in obtaining order(s);
- Check supplies and restock as required for daily operation;
- Must complete incidents reports as needed;
- Cross-shift meeting with Restaurant Manager or other supervisor on duty prior to starting your work rotation;
- Consistently present on time as scheduled, appropriately uniformed and groomed;
- Attend monthly department meetings;
- Familiarize and implement as needed; emergency procedures;
- Adhere to PADC and hotel policies and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
