Lloydminster & District Co-op is a diversified, co-operative Canadian retailer based in the Border City of Lloydminster, AB/SK. With annual sales of over $140 Million, we operate four divisions: Food, Agriculture, Petroleum, and Propane. We've been in business for over 100 years and we're looking to hire an experienced District Operations Manager for the Agriculture Division.

Reporting to the Vice President Agriculture, the District Operations Manager will be responsible for:
* Budget goal setting
* Supporting departmental financial and growth targets
* Ensuring an efficient operation of daily activities
* Able to foresee challenges and set policies deal with them
* Provide strong leadership skills to ensure employees are focused and working towards mutual goals
* Performance management, training and development of staff
* Make recommendations on how to increase efficiencies, save money and increase customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrating and practicing a commitment to health and safety

Education and/or Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Agriculture environment; preferably at a leadership level.
