Description:
The Seasonal Tank Farm Operator is accountable to the Tank Farm Supervisor and is responsible for prepping, unloading, storage, recirculation and supply of bulk raw materials to the Regina Production Facility in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Raw Material Handling
Stewardship
Leadership
Inventory Control
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Working knowledge of applicable Federal, Provincial, Municipal and Industrial regulations, and Environmental Health and Safety standards.( TDG, WHMIS, OHC, ESHA)
Ability to work alone and in a dynamic team environment.
Previous experience in Tank Farm Operations, Warehousing, Material Handling, and Distribution would be an asset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills with a focused approach to health and safety, customer service, and time management are keys to success.
Demonstrated working knowledge of corporate policies, Environmental Health and Safety, as well as area specific Standard Operating Procedures and adopted practices, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System and Material Safety Data Sheets.
