Job Description: The Nursing Unit Manager is accountable for the overall quality care for Medical & Palliative patients in PAPHR.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Five to Ten years of related or administrative experience.  Experience with LEAN would be a definite asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Working knowledge of a modern office environment

37.5 hours per week (Mon - Friday).  Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.
Geographic Location: Prince Albert
