At S3 Wireform, the Manufacturing Engineer provides leadership in developing, maintaining and improving operational systems according to corporate goals.  The successful candidate will work as part of an energetic and dynamic team that is focused on providing complete Wireform solutions for clients that demand world class services and products.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing improvement initiatives in quality and engineering management systems.
BOM and Part Master development and system structure.
Leading OEE improvement projects.
Analyzing and reporting operational performance.
Scheduling production and purchasing activities.
Ensuring operational work instructions meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Communicating effectively with other departments and other S3 business units.

Skills & Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering or similar Degree, Industrial Technologist or similar diploma and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing principles and application.
Experience managing a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment using integrated ERP systems.
Positive and co-operative team player and proven leadership results.
Capable of achieving results with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Composure and confidence when under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
