The IT Department is seeking an experienced Program Services Manager who will be accountable for the oversight of DirectWests project portfolio and accomplishing IT objectives that support the business strategy. Additionally, this position is responsible for implementing and evolving business processes including those related to Project Governance, Project Approval & Authorization, Project Oversight, Issue, Rick & Escalation Management, as well as Innovation & Business Development processes.  This position is also responsible for managing Project Managers, Business Analysts and other project resources to deliver expected business outcomes as well as ensuring financial and quality objectives are met through effective project/portfolio management, prioritization and delivery.
