Description

Culligan is seeking a sales representative for developing, implementing and executing a sales plan to increase sales for our industry leading, residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment as well as all other products.

Our Representatives work as partners with their customers to determine the best water solutions for their needs. Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements, you can help increase the life span of their equipment, improve their bottom line, save money on water treatment chemicals, reduce downtime and enhance water quality.

You will receive formal training with ongoing coaching and self-development to prepare you for a successful career!

You will grow the existing customer base, establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved, canvass customers to generate appointments and follow up on incoming sales leads. You will also provide ongoing support and handle service issues.

Qualificatins:
-Self-starter with high drive for results, familiar with consultative selling skills as a successful hunter, closer and marketer
-Computer skills on most Microsoft Office applications
-Produce self-generated sales daily & monthly and well organized
-Have a strong work ethic, work independently or as a team with a desire to succeed
-Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service
-Work a flexible schedule as required
-Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and problem solving
-Familiarity with water treatment is preferred
-High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
-1 -2 years sales experience is required, Business-to-Business cold calling is an asset
-Reliable mode of transportation, valid drivers license and abstract
