The Prince-Albert Co-op is currently accepting applications for full-time Office Clerk position at our Administration Office. We are looking for applicants who are excited to provide Legendary Service to all of our guests and members in a GREAT community!
Primary Job Functions
Provide prompt, personalized Legendary Service to all of our members and guests. Handle the processing of Point of Sale transactions and payments on account. Operate switchboard, sort mail and other office duties as assigned including data processing. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming area. Thank all guests for visiting the office and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their experience.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Ability to operate electronic cash register and other equipment
-Strong cash management skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Solid experience in providing excellent customer service
-Experience with Microsoft Office programs
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
Desired Skills/Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
Reporting:
Reports to the Office Manager.
