FCL invites applications for the position of Leadership Development Manager in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing programs, processes and learning experiences to enhance the leadership capability of leaders within FCL. This position is instrumental in managing the development processes, supporting and coaching FCL leaders to develop their own leadership competencies, and in turn create environments for their team members to enhance their engagement, development, and performance. The Leadership Development Manager works with FCL Organizational Leaders and Team Leaders, partners with Organizational Learning & Advisory Services, and external service providers, to develop appropriate solutions and processes that support the development of leaders within FCL. Infrequent travel will be a part of this position, depending on the needs and opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a University degree and 7 to 10 years of progressive and related experience. Graduate education in applicable field (such as in organizational, human or leadership development) would be an asset. Certification in Leadership Architect 101: Competency modeling and Succession Architect is preferred.
