Assist in planning, leading and organizing Agile projects, and help project managers and business owners manage high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple divisions.

What youll do:
Help develop and execute resource, risk management and project plans for complex, multi-team initiatives that may be integrated with other corporate activities
Manage and coach teams to meet project deliverables and performance objectives, effectively removing roadblocks to project success
Leverage organizational resources to improve workload capacity
Help develop and implement best-practice methods for Agile projects, and champion process improvements
Plan and manage project scope and schedule, organize and lead project meetings and report on progress

What were looking for:
Proven track record of successfully implementing small to medium-sized projects
Strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
An organized multi-tasker with analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative team-builder adept at managing internal and external stakeholders

What youll need:
A degree in computer science or business and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Completion of or progress toward a PMI-ACP, CSM or PMP designation; experience with Scrum, Kanban or other Agile methodologies is an asset
