RMTECH Consulting is looking for Lead IT Analyst for our Regina based client.
Contract duration  2 years with possibility of extension
Experience Level   8 plus years of relevant experience

Lead IT Analyst will be required to complete higher risk projects working with larger teams. Typical duties will include, but not be limited to:
Lead IT Analyst duties will include, but not be limited to:
    Take charge of delivering IT based solutions, services, and support
     Project Management
    Define, analyze, recommend and implement technical and process solutions to satisfy business requirements.
    Supervise, train, guide, mentor, and monitor the work of other IT staff (Analysts, Programmer Analysts, Programmers, and Programmer Trainees).
    Takes personal responsibility for providing excellent service quality and identifying areas for improvement.
    Use and adapt communication styles as necessary to meet the requirements of the audience.
    Assist in managing the impact of information systems/technology change on business.
    Understand and apply quality assurance techniques to all activities in the delivery and support of IT technology and IT based business solutions.
    Define, implement and monitor standards for control, backup, and security of products.
