Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Business Analyst to work on a RAMP project as part of the revenue modernization project.

This position requires:  

    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on documenting business data file transfer and conversion requirements.
    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on testing business data file transfers and conversion processes.
    Minimum 2 of experience using each of the following project implementation tools (Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Project Web Application and SharePoint)
    Demonstrated knowledge of business needs analysis, process development and business requirements specification, development and assessment.
    Demonstrated experience working with conversion planning and documentation, data mapping, data conversion testing and verification
    Demonstrated experience working with data file transfer planning, documentation and testing and verification
    Demonstrated experience working with client and financial transaction processing processes and systems
    Demonstrated ability to verbally and in writing explain and/or present technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups in a clear, accurate and understandable manner
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize own workload to meet the timelines of the project in a fast-paced, changing environment
    Demonstrated experience with Change Management principles, combined with a sound understanding of project management methodologies and processes is an asset
