Job Description: Responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, quality improvement and effective and efficient management and delivery of services in the Operating Room, Recovery Room, Day Surgery and Central Sterile Supply focusing on providing quality care in a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Recommended 3 years experience in the field
Recommended 3 years management experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to translate strategic direction into operational plans in a complex, challenging and fast paced environment

Expected Start Date: November 14, 2016
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
