Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring a JAVA DEVELOPER and a WEBSPHERE DEVELOPER to perform software design, development, testing, and implementation and support activities.
  
You will be responsible for:
High level and detailed analysis, designs and estimates
Translating business / functional requirements into detailed designs that align with systems integration testing
Systems integration testing /support
User acceptance testing support
Java/portal application, deployment, implementation and back-out plans
Responding to java/portal application support incidents, including root cause analysis
Java/portal application documentation

Qualifications:
    Recognized University Degree majoring in Computer Science from a CIPS accredited institution or recognized equivalency OR Recognized Computer Science Diploma in information systems/data processing/computer technology from a CIPS accredited institution or recognized equivalency OR University degree in Software Engineering OR 2 years current experience in developing and/or supporting application software in a professional development
    Prior demonstrated experience of design and development using Java and/or Websphere Portal tools
    An in-depth knowledge of Java and/or Websphere Portal and knowledge of Oracle suite - Authentication/Authorization
    Prior experience and training in Java and/or IBM Websphere Portal 8.5
    Understanding of Web Content Management - Websphere Portal 8.5
    Knowledge of Oracle suite - OAM/OIM - authentication/authorization
    Familiarity with the network and database connectivity as it pertains to the integration of Websphere Application suite
    Spring FrameworkBootStrap - responsive design
    An indepth knowledge of JSR 206 portlet development
