Description

The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Collision Centre Manager for its Alloy Collision Centre. We are looking for a person who is a leader, excels at team building as well as customer service, someone who enjoys and thrives on a challenge and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment. We are looking for someone who will welcome the opportunity and has the knowledge and experience to lead and transition our team to its new state of the art facility, which will open in mid to late 2017.

As the successful applicant you will:
-    Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Collision Centre environment
-    Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a management role
-    Have a Proven track record of being a leader
-    Have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-    Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
-    Have effective problem solving and mediation skills

In this exciting role, you will:
-    Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Collision Centre operation
-    Provide leadership to the Collision Centre team to focus on creating the highest level of customer service
-    Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
-    Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
-    Perform collision estimating
-    Monitor sublets and production scheduling
-    Analyzing production to identify opportunities and then setting an action plan to achieve them.
-    Implement all systems, scheduling and procedures in the Collision Centre
-    Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately
-    Follow and implement all insurance programs, policies and procedures
