The Boreal Bistro is looking for an experienced Line Cook. Apprenticeship available
Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications.
Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
Creative and a team player but can also work unsupervised.

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions

- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
