Harvard Western Insurance is seeking a personal lines team lead in our Kronau location! Harvard Western and its predecessor firms have been privileged to provide personal, automobile, farm and business insurance for over 110 years. Harvard Western is one of Saskatchewans largest insurance brokers and is proud of its commitment to the community of Regina and area. Our Kronau office is located a short 15 minute drive out of the city, and provides the opportunity to work in a brokerage with the feel of a small town office and the amenities of a larger operation. In this role, you will use your leadership skills and industry experience to oversee the day to day operations of the personal lines/MVD team, reporting to the personal lines branch manager. Your creativity and desire to take initiative combined with your technical expertise will be essential to your success. This position will afford the successful applicant the opportunity to develop their leadership capacity while continuing to build their knowledge and skills; personalized, extraordinary service for our clients should be a key priority, with the ideal candidate comfortable working in a relatively independent position.
