Do you share a passion for customer service? Can you assist in leading a team of top performers dedicated to customer service?
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Kahkewistahaw Gas Bar, Gift Shop, and Convenience Store. It is a full service 24 hour 7 days a week Petro-Canada operation. The Assistant Manager has the responsibility to assist the General Manager with store operation and profitability.  The Assistant Manager must be able to assist the GM in work with Petro-Canada to meet their service standards.
This position has a competitive salary range and a full benefit package, including health, dental, long and short term disability, life, and pension.

Qualifications Required:
1. Post Secondary education with Business Administration a definite asset
2. 5 years of retail experience with a minimum 3 years in store management
3. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong  public speaking skills ; comfortable with community relations and acting as spokesperson for the business
4. A good understanding  of Accounting Principles. P & L statements, Inventory, Margins, Daily Cash Out, Year End Procedures,  Balancing Point of Sale Systems, Shift Scheduling ,Submitting Pay Roll
5. Experienced WhizTec point of sale and fuel systems
6. Experience with surveillance systems
7. Experience with Sask. Finance, tobacco and fuel  tax rebate system
8. Experience with Microsoft Office
9. Must be punctual , dependable, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
10. Must have excellent  time management skills
11. Must be able to deal with customers in a business-like manner
12. Must be able to supervise staff, conduct ongoing training  and create a team environment
13. Must be able to oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment
14. Must be able to work independently
15. Be able to work weekends and late nights if required
