Main Duties: The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority is a technology-driven, progressive organization where IT systems interact annually with over 4 million guests and staff. SIGA is seeking an individual who is experienced with analysis, planning and problem solving coupled with hands-on experience administering enterprise technology solutions to join the IT Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Technical Analyst, this position supports and contributes to operational efficiency by configuring, managing, monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability, system integrity, security, privacy and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities include: working in collaboration with peers and the project management office to troubleshoot problems relating to server, storage, hardware, software, and systems. Carrying out a wide variety of system maintenance and management activities. Contributing to the development of system documentation and procedures. The successful candidate will be joining a team where you will directly contribute to a number of new and exciting projects ranging from technical upgrades, solution refreshes, the introduction of new tools, and the development of an end user computing/mobile device management solution.
