Motion Fitness Saskatoon - Head Office  is looking to hire a mature individual for the position of Prospect/Sales Representative. The individual should be a good listener, sociable and personable. Excellent communication skills is a must for this position. Sales background with some experience in sales within the Fitness or Hospitality industry will be preferred and considered an asset. Working hours for this position will be from 12pm to 8.00pm.

JOB SUMMARY

The Member Support Representatives job includes conducting outbound calls, completing retention calls; including follow up calls to members and making Personal Training follow up calls. The aim is to reach club support targets and upsell club services as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maintain constant communication with C.E.O/Club Manager and a personal commitment to following and retaining current members.
    Under the direction of the C.E.O/Club Manager, be responsible for planning daily and weekly sales & retention calls.
    Achieve daily goals set by the C.E.O/Club Manager and ensure that the amount of retention is maximized.
    Contact appointments that did not show and make calls to confirm appointments
    Carry out 7, 30 & 60 day calls and follow up calls
    Gain in depth knowledge of the program IN TOUCH and use it to maximize sales/retention.
    Create and follow a system to contact Personal Training clients to retain and upsell this service.
    Participate in all staff related meetings and other required activities.
    Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with members.
    Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
    Recommend changes for programming and services in line with current market trends.
    Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS
       Job timings will be Monday to Friday between 12 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
       Job includes 90% working in an office, in front of a computer and on the phone.
