Description

Primary Purpose: To take a leadership role in managing the AACSB accreditation processes for Edwards and provide high-level project management support to the Dean and Associate Deans at the Edwards School of Business.  This position will also manage the Edwards Accounting Case Publishing Centre.  
Nature of Work: Reporting to the Associate Dean, Research and Academic, the Manager, Accreditation and Special Projects will work with and be a resource to the Edwards executive team. The position will be driven by critical deadlines and requires the management of competing interests. The work requires a high level of organization, adapting to continuous improvement, and shifting priorities. The need for accuracy in both collecting and interpreting data is significant. She/he must be self-directed and will be required to make evidenced-based decisions while using tact and sound judgment. There is a strong need for confidentiality. The incumbent must be proactive in the collection and distribution of information, be able to communicate well and have credibility for his/her AACSB expertise.
