Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Senior Project Manager.  This position will be responsible for:

Project deliverables including managing schedule, budget, scope, issues risks and communications
Act as the single point of contact and escalation
Managing the overall project including facilitating the development of a Business Case, facilitating the development of a Project Plan, establishing the project schedule, monitoring schedule performance and reporting on progress and monitoring spending and ensuring adherence to budget
Managing and/or issuing a RFP to acquire other services and/or products
Managing the Statements of Work requirements and work progress of the third party vendors that provide SME resourcing
Creating and managing an Issues and Actions Log
Monitoring and managing the Risk Register
Manage the project in line with the PMI (PMBOK) guidelines


Qualifications:  
Post-secondary Education in one of following:  Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering
Minimum 8 years experience in a Senior Project Manager role
Ability to track risks, issues and work towards resolution or escalation is a definite requirement
Project Management Professional
Proven experience in managing complex SAP technology projects (migration or conversions)
Proven experience in vendor manager
Proven experience working with multiple vendors and system integrators
Proven strong Organization, Planning, Risk Analysis, Controlling, Negotiation, and Communication (verbal/written) skills
Proven experience in managing implementation(s) of the SAP enterprise on premise edition S4/HANA software, with integration to a company's other systems is an asset
Certified in People Change Management is an asset
Certified in IT Service Management is an asset
