The Accounting Data Entry Coordinator (Accounting Admin/Truck Ticket Coordinator Hybrid position) is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to the Regina Bypass project. This includes processing and monitoring payments related to truck hauling and expenditures in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Accounts payable transactions, prepare invoices, files documents, process requisitions and prepare purchase orders. Other duties as assigned.
-Strong financial and accounting background.

-Experience with Excel (required) and SAP (asset)
