The Person

We are looking for a collaborative individual to join our Finance Team. You will participate in financial modelling and forecasting, as well as the preparation of operating and capital budgets. Assisting the Accounting Manager in preparing and processing month end transactions to facilitate financial reporting will be part of your role. Along with updating, maintaining and reporting on project budgets. Other core aspects of this position include the processing of accounts payable, employee expenses and the collection and input of payroll data.  POS is a growing organization and the position of Accountant presents a growth opportunity for the right individual. A desire and aptitude to undertake a broader scope of accounting responsibilities is a must.

Other Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  A desire for career growth and development
  Strong computer and analytical skills
  Experience with ERP is an asset
  Previous experience in an entrepreneurial, client based organization is beneficial
