ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR
TOWN OF QU'APPELLE
The Town of Qu'Appelle invites applications for
the position of full time Assistant Administrator
for 35 hours per week 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will be bondable and has
experience in the following areas:
* Reception, general office duties, processing customer payments and preparing bank deposits, filling and other clerical duties.
* Accounting duties - Receivables, Payables, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations
* Will also include tax and utility billing
* Customer Service
As an ideal applicant you should possess excellent communication, critical thinking, public relations, and time management skills and be able to work under strict deadlines; knowledge of the Munisoft software programs and Municipal accounting is a must.
