McKercher LLP, a full service law firm with over 60 lawyers, has an entry level position available for general office assistant in our Regina office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- perform court run duties daily
- perform front-office reception services for call-in and walk-in visitors and customers
- handle and direct calls
- schedule meeting rooms
- maintain inventory of office supplies
- all general clerical duties, including handling messages, directing mail and faxes, preparing reports, filing, physically organizing and maintaining office appearance, assist in coordination of office and company activities
- receive and process service payments from customers; coordinate with billing functions
- provide assistance with customer service activities
- maintain confidentiality on all information and reporting
- maintain organization of filing system
Skill requirements:
- good computer skills

- positive, professional attitude
The successful applicant must be able to multi-task efficiently and will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. The ability to prioritize, organize and expedite workflow; coupled with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment is imperative to succeed in this opportunity.
