Description

- Experience in general office administration, knowledge of computers, and recreational programming
- Creating at least one new youth program utilizing the Colonsay School Gym
- Developing an adult program utilizing the Colonsay Fitness Centre
- Facilitating an off season program at the Colonsay Sports Centre
- Preparing monthly financial reports for the Colonsay Rec Board
- Attending monthly Rec Board meetings
- Assisting the administrator with the processing of water bills, tax notices, and assessment notices
- Aiding in the preparation of yearend audit - other administrative duties as required
- Other administrative duties as required
