The Co-operators is looking for a Client Service Representative in our Client Services department located in Regina, SK. This is approximately a 6 month term position.

The Client Service Representative provides professional expedient customer service to group policyholders, plan members and service providers regarding health care, dental, and disability claims plan coverage and claims inquires.

Your Qualifications

- Completion of a secondary school diploma with 2-3 years of related experience in a customer service role
- Completion or working towards an insurance industry designation
- Knowledge and understanding of medical language
- Ability to handle large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of group health and/or dental claims; general group insurance knowledge is an asset
- Data entry requires a high level of accuracy and speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English is considered an asset
