FCL invites applications for the position of Change Management Specialist in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Change Management Specialist will provide change management expertise and support for FCLs portfolio of strategic priorities and other change initiatives. The Change Management Specialist will educate, guide, coach and support the development of change management plans, and will provide recommendations to Business Unit leaders and teams regarding governance frameworks to support effective direction-setting, decision-making, prioritization and resource allocation. Development of a clear vision and desired outcomes/objectives for strategic change initiatives. Considerations for change leadership and ensuring they are addressed throughout the planning and execution process. Development of a roadmap for executing the initiative including key milestones, deliverables, targets, tasks, timelines and resource requirements. Mitigation support and coaching between stakeholders to move projects forward and navigate risks and opportunities. Occasional travel will be a part of this position, depending on the needs and opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a University degree in Business, Organizational Development or a related field and 5 to 7 years of progressive and related experience with a demonstrated ability to understand impacts and plan transition. Prosci Change Management certification is strongly preferred. Graduate education, Certification or designation in applicable field, such as in organizational, human or leadership development, change management, management consulting or project management would be an asset.
