Essential Job Functions
Is the decision maker on a water loss
Can determine the class of the water damage
Makes the decisions on quantity of equipment and positioning
Takes the moisture readings
Determines when the job is dry
Assists in Demo of construction materials during tear out (if required)
Builds and maintains containment
Makes decisions on placement of containment and negative pressure
Can identify ACM and understand the importance of PPE
Requirements
IICRC Training = Water/ Applied Structural Drying/AMRT
Valid Drivers License
High School Diploma
