The Finance & Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the White Buffalo Youth Treatment Centre located on Sturgeon Lake First Nation Reserve. The incumbent responsible for implementing, evaluating and maintaining systems and processes of financial management, human resources and day-to-day operations. This includes the production and the administration of budgets, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting and managing the payroll system. The manager directs and leads the human resources activities including job requirements and job descriptions, performance evaluations, compensation and benefit plan administration, recruitment and selection of employees, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

Qualifications
Undergraduate university degree preferably in Business Management AND five (5) years' work as a manager or supervisory experience OR Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or Commerce AND accounting designation AND two (2) years' work as a manager or supervisory experience.
