Requirements:-Food and beverage management certifications.
-Experience in hotel setting, full service food, banquets, room service and lounge.
-Over 2 years food and beverage experience required.
Must be proficient in the following:
-Problem solving.
-Time management/ Organizational skills/ Administrative.
-Computer skills/ Microsoft Office/ POS terminals.
-Responsible for directing all daily operations.
-Self-motivated and driven
-General Accounting skills required.
