The Radisson Hotel Saskatoon is looking for a part time dishwasher.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotels dishes, glassware and silverware; and maintaining a clean, safe and well organized dish room.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, silver, etc.
- Operate dish machine to clean dishes, silverware and glassware
- Keep cook line well stocked with china/hot plates
- Keep glassware organized at all times, store dishware in the proper location
- Sweep & mop kitchen and dish room to maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year experience within a full service hotel property or restaurant is must
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize needs
- Understanding of technical aspects of dish machine operations
- Ability to maintain high standards of productivity, efficiency and safety
- Ability to work various shifts during days, evenings, weekends and holidays
