Duties include:
- Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors, customers and vendors and direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting place
- Take detailed, clear telephone messages
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Responsible for booking appointments and meeting rooms requested
- Type quotes, letters, e-mails and correspondence as requested
Requirements:
- Professional telephone manner
- Three years related office/reception experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Pride and ownership in providing exceptional customer service and performing responsibilities in a highly professional manner while displaying a mature and positive attitude
