Ranch Ehrlo Society has opportunities available for individuals interested in working with at-risk youth in our programs at its Buckland campus and Prince Albert location.  

Several casual positions are available. As one of Saskatchewans Top Employers for 2016, Ranch Ehrlo offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, and job security:

- Hourly wages for casuals start at $18.73 to $20.88, dependent on experience and education.
- Night shift premium of $1.10 per hour offered for eligible overnight shifts.

Conditions for employment:

- Provide a current criminal record background check which meet policy guidelines.
- Must possess a valid class 5 novice 2 or experienced drivers license and provide a current drivers abstract.
- Must be available for shift work which includes evenings, overnights, and weekend rotations.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in the fields of youth care work, recreational therapy, psychology, social work, kinesiology, and/or health studies would be an asset.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with behavioural, emotional, physical, and mental challenges would be an asset.
