The Sales & Customer Support Team is seeking a highly motivated, innovative leader with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team.  The Digital Media Operations & Logistics Manager is accountable for managing all aspects of DirectWests vendor-dependent products and services to meet DirectWests short and long term business objectives, particularly as it relates to the success of the sales division targets.  This includes but is not limited to video, web/mobile, social marketing, and analytics.  This position will establish a solid understanding of internal and external (vendor dependent) workflow procedures while effectively managing vendor engagement including contract renewals, monitoring of vendor performance to contract requirements and expectations to deliver optimal results and provide excellent support in all aspects of the relationship.
Qualifications for this position include:
1.    University Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a minimum of 2-4 years of direct work experience in a responsible Sales/Customer Service/Vendor Relations role. Management experience will be preferred.
2.    A comfortable working knowledge of Social Media and website development best practices. Experience in working with digital reporting.
3.    Highly professional with established relationship building and previous vendor relationship experiences and/or working with third parties.
4.    Demonstrated success and a proven track record in managing multiple priorities and initiatives under significant pressure within budget, tight timelines and resources.
