IWL Steel Fabricators and RobWel Constructors service the construction, mining and oil & gas industries across western Canada.  The companies are wholly owned by the Clearwater River Dene Nation and have a combined fabrication and office space of over 50,000 square feet. Both IWL and RobWel are trusted vendors of some of Western Canadas largest companies, a position they have reached through an impeccable safety record and a continued focus on quality and service.

The organization is recruiting for a President & CEO to lead its growth efforts with a focus on quality, safety, service and employee/customer satisfaction. In this role you will be accountable for the financial results and the short-term and long-term strategic planning for the organization, as well as overall coordination of projects in conjunction with department heads. Other areas of responsibility include building relationships with major clients, overall leadership and safety of all staff and contractors and marketing of the organization towards all stakeholders.

The President & CEO will bring a minimum of 15 years experience in the fabrication and/or construction industries with a minimum of 10 years in a senior management position, including prior P&L experience. Superior financial acumen and extensive experience with project management and strategic planning is a must, and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business is considered a major asset. The organization is looking for an individual with a strong understanding of field operations combined with a strong business management background, as well as excellent communications skills.
