Description

This role is responsible for driving the growth of our Saskatoon and Regina 1-800-GOT-JUNK? operations and ensuring exceptional service from our tight-knit truck team crews.

-  Highly organized  able to coordinate daily schedules and routes and rearrange as needed;
-  A great communicator  ensure that everyone knows where they need to be and have ongoing communications if changes arise;
-  Business development focused  youll be at the helm of growing existing business as well as creating new business opportunities;
-  Engaging  youre a people person who can create great relationships, rally the troops, continue to foster a great culture, share wins, and connect with new and existing customers;
-  Hands-on  you are an accessible team player and will jump in as needed  happily taking a truck to the local repair shop or helping the truck team out in the field to keep operations on track;
-  Career-minded  youre not looking for your next job  you want a career with a growing, successful business that you can commit to.

The skills/attributes you bring:
-  Previous success in business development and growth through sales and internal operation improvements;
-  A great attitude and commitment to WOWing customers with exceptional service;
-  3-5 years of experience in a management capacity where you were involved with operations, sales, customer service and people leadership;
-  Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills;
