Description

We are looking for a high-energy and enthusiastic individual to join our HR department. The successful candidate requires two (2) years experience in human resources or a related function.

The primary role will be to handle operational and administrative activities related to the HR function, in order to ensure that employees receive timely & accurate information relating to their HR needs.

Responsibilities include placing various job adverts on career websites; obtaining resumes & screening these; organizing interview schedules & obtaining feedback; administer interviews and reference calls for positions; schedule & complete employee orientation; obtain employment background reports; maintenance of new employee entry and tracking; assist in the preparation of employee communication plans; conduct exit interviews, in addition to other requirements in the HR department.

The impact of this position will be to support the HR function in implementation of policies, while ensuring that employees have access to accurate & timely information on these policies. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, along with a willingness to learn, demonstrate passion and great experience!
