Description

Summary of Duties:
Attends designated parking area or a booth at a pay-for-parking entrance/exit during established lot hours.  Directs drivers of vehicles to appropriate parking areas. Collects parking fees and provides information to visitors and staff.  Monitors and/or patrols lots to check for required permits and to ensure cars are parked in designated spaces and not blocking traffic flow.  First point of contact with customers for the company which sets the standard for customer service at the facility; the first impression is very important. The job is high profile and if seen to be carried out in a fair and courteous manner can improve the publics perception of Evraz Place. The job holder will contribute to the delivery and review of service standards, quality and performance targets in accordance with the policy and procedure. The job requires the attendants to be highly visible and act as eyes and ears of the company. This will help to enhance the positive perception of customer care that can provide prompt reporting of potential and existing problem areas.  

Education and Experience:
Grade twelve (12) education is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and patrons.
Ability to work conscientiously and with minimal direction.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and co-operative.
Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
