Sales Manager
This Sales Managers is responsible for driving and supporting the sales culture at all levels of the store team.

Primary Duties:
    Instill and foster a selling culture by coaching and developing selling skills in associates and managers
    Directly accountable for junior managers within the store
    Manages labor expenses to meet company needs
    Oversees all capital goods (high-ticket) departments within the store
    Integrate into the overall general management of the store
