David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an experienced Auditor based in Regina.

Our Regina client, a medium sized public accounting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Auditor to join their well-established team of professionals who work on Audit, Tax and Enterprise client work. If you like public practice but would like more flexibility with time off, plus want less pressure on chargeable hours and business development activities, this is a great fit for you.

The Role:

You will meet with clients on a regular basis and work from the client site to complete audit work or related
You are a doer, someone who likes meeting with clients and completing work in partnership with other accountants
You like to work independently with not a lot of micro-managing
Some travel may be required (just in Saskatchewan) from January to April annually
This opportunity has a unique compensation package where you can earn bonus on your collected billings
Your clientele is mostly small business, agriculture clients and NFP's

The Ideal Candidate:

2-5+ yrs. of experience working in a public accounting practice, or experience related to auditing and someone who is willing to come back to auditing from industry
Great working knowledge of Caseware, Profile and TaxPrep
Accounting Diploma or Degree
A designated CA, CPA or enroute to such designation
