101141072 Saskatchewan Ltd o/a Subway located at 600 12th Avenue East, Kindersley, SK is looking for one (1) food service supervisor (NOC 6212) to be assigned to the said location.

As Food Service Supervisor, the successful applicant is expected to perform the following duties:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

The chosen candidates will receive a wage of CAD$14.10 per hour. All federal and Saskatchewan mandated benefits will be provided.

Qualifications:
Secondary school education is required.
Relevant work experience is required.
