A well established, national sales and marketing company seeks a proven, experienced Field Sales Manager to manage our financial services kiosks located within airports located in Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg. We are looking for a top sales performer that is looking to grow their career with a successful organization.
You will be representing premium financial brands in the Canadian market and our management training program will ensure you have the tools and support you need for success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the existing airport team to achieve sales targets and program goals.
- Consistently meet personal sales quotas goals and provide onsite support as required.
- Recruiting, interviewing and training of new commissioned sales agents.
- Creating a weekly staffing schedule to ensure results are maximized.
- Provide daily reporting/updates to senior management.
- Participation in national sales meetings.
Skill Summary:
- Minimum 5 years direct sales experience, ideally in the financial, telecom, credit card or insurance sector.
- Proven ability to reach and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to build and motivate co-workers and increase productivity.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Must have a flexible schedule, some weekend hours are required.
- Some travel will be required.
- Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle required.
