Description

Primary Purpose: To support the implementation and maintenance of the University of Saskatchewans Relationship Management System (RMS). The RMS is an enterprise system that will meet the needs of recruitment, retention and alumni and community engagement.  The core software, provided by Ellucian, has three main modules (Recruit, Advise, Advancement Evolution) and is built upon the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.   This position will focus on the implementation and configuration of the Advise product as well as full integration with other campus systems.
Nature of Work: This position reports to the Senior Project Manager of the Relationship Management System (RMS). This position works as part of the team responsible for the configurations, customization and support of the RMS under the direction of the project manager. The successful candidate must work closely with the business and functional analysts as well as other technical staff and other units on campus.   The work is fast paced and deadline driven with a relationship-focused culture.  Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
