Job Description: As a member of the Community Health Services Autism Service team, the successful applicant will provide treatment and consultation services for children and youth in the Cypress Health Region. Other duties include consultation to community agencies, public seminars and lectures.


Required Qualifications

CPR Level C certificate
Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
Experience
Minimum one (1) year clinical experience in mental health setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of community development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Field Hours
Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

Hours of Work and Rate of Pay will be as per SAHO/HSAS Collective Barganing Agreement.
Expected Start Date: November 14, 2016
Expected Up To Date: March 31, 2017
FTE: 1.00

224.00 hours per 6 week rotation
