Description

Primary Purpose:  Strategic Research Initiatives supports the university research community in the incubation and development of large-scale institutional research and research infrastructure projects and initiatives, developing nominations for national and international reputational awards, and in linking research and teaching in undergraduate research.

Reporting to the Associate Director and participating as a member of the Strategic Research Initiatives team, the Programs Specialist will play a key role in delivering specialized support systems to the U of S research community to enhance successful funding outcomes related to large strategic intra- and inter-institutional opportunities, awards and recognitions and undergraduate research.
